About Creature Lab:
Creature Lab is the creative studio behind some of the world's biggest brands. We're a friendly, collaborative team that focuses on creating world-class design work across a range of disciplines.
Sydney is our home base, but we also collaborate with design, strategy, 3D, and animation specialists all around the world. Likewise, our clients are also global, spanning Sydney to New York. Currently, we're creating amazing work for Nike, American Express, Chipotle, Maserati, Converse, Abercrombie, Gilly Hicks, Tommy Hilfiger, Valvoline, Surf Air, and other incredible companies.
This role involves:
- Designing high-quality content for social media, websites, email, presentations, advertising campaigns, and other digital communications.
- Creating concept images, mockups, and visualisations to help express a campaign strategy.
- Researching, mood-boarding, and experimenting with different artistic directions.
- Collaborating up with other designers and creatives to take your work to the next level.
Your skills include:
- A creative mind with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and art direction.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure your work meets a high standard of creative excellence.
- The ability to stay curious and up to date with design patterns, emerging trends, and new ways of visualising ideas.
- Experience in multi-tasking, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
- Versatility across a wide range of design styles and the ability to confidently design beautiful work that raises the bar creatively.
- Great communication skills, and a proven ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Technical proficiency across Adobe CC and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
You have:
- A positive attitude and the desire to collaborate with others to achieve amazing results.
- A natural affinity for social media, and familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- A portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, innovation and skill.
