Creature Lab is the creative studio behind some of the world's most iconic brands. We're a friendly, collaborative team based in Sydney that focuses on creating world-class design work across a range of disciplines.

Sydney is our home base, but we also collaborate with creative, strategy, 3D, photography, and animation specialists all around the world. Likewise, our clients are also global, spanning Sydney to New York. Currently, we're creating work for Nike, Converse, Chipotle, American Express, Espolòn, Pacifico, Häagen-Dazs, A24, Lyft, MLS, Instacart, and other incredible companies.

🧑‍💻 This Role Involves

• Researching, mood-boarding, and storyboarding the art direction for a project or campaign
• Visualising concepts and ideas via design, mockups, and image manipulation
• Creating high-quality, production-ready content for social media and advertising
• Designing unique layouts for presentations, emails, promotions, websites, and other digital communication pieces

🙌 Your Skills Include

• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals including composition, typography, and colour
• The ability to confidently design beautiful, thoughtful work that raises the bar creatively
• The ability to develop creative and strategic solutions that understand and address the needs of a client or project
• Great communication skills and a proven ability to work methodically to meet deadlines
• Technical proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace

Please be sure to let us know if you have any additional complementary skills like motion graphics/animation (After Effects), video editing (Premiere), 3D (Spline, Blender), illustration (Illustrator, Procreate), web/app development, social media management etc.

• Salary: $50k–$75k, based on your skills and experience
• Location: Full-time position; you must be located in Sydney, Australia
